Tender description

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS South Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) who wish to hold an event in respect of GP/Primary Care Extended Access for the South Tyneside locality. The aim of this event is: 1. To provide an overview of the Extended Access requirements; and 2. To share and discuss the proposed service models. The event will take place on the Wednesday 5.4.2017 from 14:00 till 16:30 at the following venue: The Clervaux Exchange, Clervaux Terrace, Jarrow, NE32 5UP Please note there is no requirement to express an interest in attending this event, but delegates will be asked to complete a sign in sheet upon arrival.
