Tender description

The contract is expected to deliver a healthy child service via an integrated team across the 0-19 age range with 1 management team. It is expected that the successful provider will: Establish excellent working relationships and work collaboratively with Early Intervention and Prevention, and where relevant, develop networking opportunities for joint training, reflection, planning and delivery; Establish excellent working relationships with stakeholders with a notable focus on transition points between services; Develop robust data and information sharing agreements between key stakeholders in collaboration with the Local Authority.
