Tender description

North Lanarkshire Council are currently inviting tenders, from suitably qualified companies for the provision of Landfill Consultancy services. The service shall include, but not be limited to the following: — Financial and budgeting forecasting; — Topographical surveying; — Management Plan Reviews; — Pollution, Prevention and Control Auditing; — Pollution, Prevention and Control Variation Applications; — Controlled Activities Regulations Applications; — Environmental Impact Assessments; — Strategic Environmental Assessments; — Ecological Assessments and Surveys; — Hydro Risk Assessments; — Leachate and Surface Water Management; — Landfill gas management and landfill gas balancing programmes; — Restoration and Aftercare Plans; — Annual Reviews; — Construction Quality Assurance; — Construction, Design and Management coordination; — Analysis of monitoring data; — Report writing and Computer Aided Design Utilisation; — To provide training on PPC and other legislative requirements; — To provide COTC cover if required: and — Liaison with the Regulatory Authorities including the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency and the Health and Safety Executive.
