Summary of the work Review current landscape, obtain all requirements and then provide a Device Strategy with future growth NHS experience a must Strategy creation a must Previous Device Strategy creation essential Specialist role Programme manager Expected Contract Length 2 Months Latest start date 30/04/2017 Who Speclialist Work With Current PMO office Stakeholders within the Trust IM&T to understand device functionality What Specialists Work On review the current device landscape and needs provide options appraisal and relevant requirements vs role understand future growth and industry standards present strategy Skills & Experience • Device Strategy compliation • understand the current OS within the marketplace • NHS Experience Acute • Previous experience of device roll out covering 5000+ devices • Previous experience of varying landscapes such as mobile,tablets & fixed terminals • Previous experience of working with VDI systems • Previous experience of high level Stakeholder engagement Work Location Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen Trust Liverpool Working Arrangments All works will be considered to be onsite due to the nature of data gathering and understanding the functionality of using any device in a Trust setting No. of Specialists to Evaluate 3 Cultural Fit Criteria • Able to work alone • Able to challenge the status quo • Able to work with users at all levels • Ability to present findings to Board level members Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 75% Cultural fit 5% Price 20% Questions from Suppliers 1. Is this role inside or outside of IR35?Is there any extension to the 2 mths This role is outside of IR 35This role is fixed for 2 mths only 2. Are we allowed to submit more than one person for this role? Yes I believe you can submit 3 persons per supplier 3.
