Communal Boiler Plant Replacements

Tender description

Victory Housing Trust is tendering a communal boiler plant replacements contract for two sites in North Norfolk and is seeking a suitably experienced contractor to carry out works involving natural gas fuel source, gas pipeline replacement, new boiler plant, plate heat exchangers, flues, valves, circulation pumps, control panels, flushing retained heating pipelines within the residential units, associated electrical works, associated builders works and temporary boiler plant. The objective of the contract is to provide a modern boiler system with improved efficiency to help both reduce energy consumption and future maintenance costs with minimum disruption to residents during the execution of the works.
