ESPO Framework 509 Lot 3: Civil Enforcement Service The Trust is looking for a Contractor that has experience in dealing with the collection of parking charge notices (PCN's). The Trust would like to utilise the contractor software to issue parking charge notices through smart devices (operated by Trust Security and Parking Officers/Supervisors). All charge notices to be uploaded in real-time using Wi-Fi or GSM technology. Full reporting suite of software to be made available to the Trust detailing details of PCN's and processing information.
