Tender description

Regional Managing Agents for Open Market Shared Equity (OMSE) Housing Scheme 1 .10.2017 to 31.3.2019 with the option to extend for a period of 2 years arranged on an annual basis. This requirement is split into 8 geographical Lots with each Lot being awarded to one supplier. Suppliers may bid for any or all Lots. There will be no restriction to the number of Lots a supplier can be awarded. Lot 4 North & South Lanarkshire, North, South & East Ayrshire, Argyll & Bute, Dumfries and Galloway. Duration is for 1.10.2017 to 30.9.2019 with the option to extend for a period of up to 2 years agreed on an annual basis. Lot 5 Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Moray. Duration is for 1.10.2017 to 30.9.2019 with the option to extend for a period of up to 2 years agreed on an annual basis. Lot 6 Highland, Shetland. Duration is for 1.10.2017 to 30.9.2019 with the option to extend for a period of up to 2 years agreed on an annual basis. Lot 7 Western Isles. Duration is for 1.10.2017 to 30.9.2019 with the option to extend for a period of up to 2 years agreed on an annual basis. Lot 8 Orkney. Duration is for 1.10.2017 to 30.9.2019 with the option to extend for a period of up to 2 years agreed on an annual basis. Lot 3 Angus, Clackmannanshire, Dundee, Falkirk, Perth & Kinross, Stirling. Duration is for 1.10.2017 to 30.9.2019 with the option to extend for a period of up to 2 years agreed on an annual basis. Lot 2 Glasgow, East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire, East & West Dunbartonshire, Inverclyde. Duration is for 1.10.2017 to 30.9.2019 with the option to extend for a period of up to 2 years agreed on an annual basis. Lot 1 Edinburgh, East Lothian, Mid Lothian, West Lothian, Scottish Borders, Fife. Duration is for 1.10.2017 to 30.9.2019 with the option to extend for a period of up to 2 years agreed on an annual basis.
