The evaluation of submitted tenders for this exercise could not be concluded, as tenderers failed to respond to requests for additional information in a timely manner. As the timescale for validity of offers has now expired and the University is now unable to concluded this contract in a compliant manner, a decision has been made, to withdraw this exercise accordingly.
