Travel Planning - Highfield Farm, Tetbury

Tender description

The service provider will be required to undertake the following activities in relation to the Highfield Farm, Tetbury Development A) Develop and implement a Travel Plan including acting as Travel Plan Co-ordinator B) Monitor the success of the Travel Plan C) Deliver a package of measures to encourage use of sustainable modes such as Personalised Travel Planning, Bus/Train Season Tickets and Cycle Vouchers (full details of package of proposed incentives to be set out in the prospective providers proposal). The cost of these incentives to be allowed for in the proposal D) Prepare and distribute Travel Information Packs (and update residents of changes) E) Liaise with the Developer, Local County and District Councillors and the Parish Council to keep them regularly informed of activities and progress F) Promotion of local and national sustainable travel events to residents of the development G) Report any relevant issues identified that need attention by the client H) Undertake a baseline travel survey on award and further surveys at appropriate intervals thereafter
