Travel Information Services RFI

Tender description

The BBC is running a market research RFI process for travel information services. Any suppliers wishing to take part in the RFI should email justin.mcloughlin@bbc.co.uk with an introductory email which includes details about your organisation. Before the issue of any RFI documentation to a supplier, the supplier must complete an NDA which will be emailed to your organisation once an expression of interest is received. It is expected that any organisation requesting access to the RFI document will be in the market of providing travel information services to other organisations specifically related to data provisions. If a request is received from an organisation which does not provide these services, we will take a view as to whether we will issue the NDA to your organisation. We are not looking for logistics companies, taxi companies, drivers or any related services to these areas. An expression of interest will not be a guarantee of receiving the RFI documentation. This process in no way guarantees future engagement with the BBC.
