Tender description

The requirement is for an experience events traffic management provider to work with the Council's event management team to develop traffic management plans and deliver the traffic management for a range of the events in 2017 and 2018. The requirement is for an experience events traffic management provider to work with the Council's event management team to develop traffic management plans and deliver the traffic management for the events detailed below: — 2017 Sunderland International Airshow; — 2017 Sunderland Illuminations; — 2018 Sunderland Tall Ships Race; — 2018 Sunderland International Airshow; — 2018 Sunderland Illuminations. Organisations will need to demonstrate that they can fulfil contracts of the size and nature of this contract and have evidence of this within the last 3 years.
