Tender description

Islington Council wishes to install external wall insulation to 285 system-built concrete high rise properties using rainscreen cladding and 19 low rise properties of a similar construction using render cladding. The contract will also include the conversion of the ground floor of 1 high rise block into flats and internal communal decorations at another. Islington Council requires an organisation to supply and install insulation to 304 properties as described above to meet the design provided by Islington Council that has Planning Approval. All properties are part of Islington Council's own housing stock.
