Should paper tenders be submitted, they will be rejected. Further to this any questions or communications regarding individual tender exercises must be sent via the Public Contracts Scotland Portal. Tender queries received through any other channel will not be answered. The provision of tax advice extends across all of the University's and subsidiaries' activities. The successful service provider must have considerable Higher Education experience to provide the University with tax advice and transactional services and must be able to cover the whole range of UK and international taxation, both direct and indirect. The University intend to hold a panel interview for applicants to demonstrate their expertise and services, Proposed Panel Interview Date — 23.3.2017.
