Supply of a Enclosed Compact Utility Tractor

Tender description

Hythe and Dibden Parish Council is seeking tenders for the supply of a new John Deere 3038R (or similar) Enclosed Compact Utility Tractor with front loader. The tractor will be predominantly used for pitch maintenance work and therefore should be supplied with suitable tyres. Hythe and Dibden Parish Council already own a number of items of machinery that will need to be compatible with the new tractor, including a TP 130 Chipper, Oris hedge cutter, Wessex fertiliser spreader and Sisis maxi slitter. Hythe and Dibden Parish Council currently own two tractors that we wish to trade in as part of the tender package.  Kubota B2530 - with cab and Front loader - 510 working hours  Kubota B2400 - 1101 working hours The new tractor should be fully road legal, to included, warning beacons and road registration. The contractor will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of delivering machinery of a similar nature on budget and on time. The applicant must also be able to provide the Council with written assurances regarding the time to provide spare or replacement parts.
