States Works Highways Department requires a replacement Paver. Vendors are advised to read the conditions of purchase and specification thoroughly to ensure the item proposed and price quoted fully complies with all documentation. A pro-forma quotation return indicating the actual parameters of the equipment proposed must be submitted with your quotation, including the retail price and appropriate discount for the basket of spares requested. Quotations will be reviewed on quality, whole life cost and an efficiency of service basis so it will assist the reviewer if as much detail as possible could be provided. PLEASE NOTE - Suppliers are also invited to give a part exchange value against our surplus Paver detailed at the end of this document.
