Tender description

The works shall comprise of the following as needed to pitched and / or flat roofs: — Re-roofing i.e. the removal and replacement of roof coverings. — Repair and / or replacement of structural timbers. — Removal and / or installation of insulation to improve energy efficiency. — Fire-stopping where a party wall is present. — Relevant roof-line and rainwater goods works, for example removal and replacement of soffits, fascias, rainwater gutters, and the re-building or removal of chimney stacks and related works to gas flues. — Any associated roof related works required by the Employer, such as pointing or works relating to vertical hanging tiles.
