Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council), Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and Wolverhampton City Council referred to within this documents as (the Participating Authorities) have identified a requirement to identify and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the Superimposed Road Markings, Specialist Surfacing (High friction) and Studs within the Borough of Sandwell, Dudley and Wolverhampton City Council which are situated in the West Midlands. The Framework Agreement (Contract) will be to maintain Superimposed Road Markings, Specialist Surfacing (High friction) and Studs on its highways network. The value of the contract is expected to be 678 000 GBP per annum. Estimated annual value of the Contract is broken down as follows: Authority Value — Sandwell MBC 440 000 GBP pa Dudley MBC-132 000 GBP pa Wolverhampton City Council 106 000 GBP pa Walsall MBC £Unknown.
