Tender description
Waterford City and County Council (WCCC) invites tenders from competent operators to provide a computerised Parking Fines Management System (PFMS) system that is used to manage the full lifecycle of Parking Fines including the management of Fixed Charge Offence (FCON), provision of operational and financial management reports, collection of fines and the issue of summonses. Tenderers shall also consider and be responsible for developing a comprehensive transition and migration plan including testing and commissioning from the current system to the new system.
