Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a Contractor to reconfigure an existing synthetic playing surface area at the Valley Leisure Centre. The Works involve a new synthetic surface, installation of shock pad and ancillary items. Project Scope: The reconfiguration of 4 no. existing 5-a-side pitches to create 2 no. 7-a-side pitches including the removal of the existing dividing internal fences to be re-used and re-installed at the new goal ends. Project Complexity – The Leisure Centre and surrounding grounds will be operational during works. The other 4 no. adjacent 5-a-side pitches will be in use throughout the period of the works.
