NHS Property Services (NHS PS) is inviting proposals for the provision of services via a Framework for Temporary Labour and Permanent Recruitment Services. It is the authorities intention to self — manage its Labour and Recruitment Services. To provide, up to Board level: Finance, Procurement, HR, Governance, Communications, Project Management, IM&T and Data Analysts temporary and permanent recruitment services. To provide: Admin, Secretarial, Project Support, all areas in corporate at non-management as general support functions / not qualified temporary and permanent recruitment services. To provide: Asset management / property (Inc. surveyors, architects etc.), Audit / investigation, Investment Appraisals, Health and Safety, engineering, capital, specialist project management. To Include: Asset management / property (Inc. surveyors, architects etc.), Audit / investigation, Investment Appraisals, Health and Safety, engineering, capital, specialist project management temporary and permanent recruitment services. To provide: Helpdesk, Receptionists, Cleaners, Engineers for emergency cover to support in house teams Temporary and Permanent Recruitment Services. To provide Board and Senior Executive Level — including Chair, CEO, COO and Non-Executive Directors, CFO and Finance, Property, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Risk and Compliance, CIO Temporary and Permanent Recruitment Services.
