Tender description

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council invites tenders for a multi discipline professional consultancy under a 3 year Framework arrangement (with a possible 1 year extension). This will be known as ‘Professional Services for Construction Management Framework’. The appointment of the chosen practice(s) is non project specific and could cover multiple buildings in the Councils Corporate Portfolio throughout the term. It is not anticipated that this will extend to the existing residential housing stock managed by the Welwyn Hatfield Community Housing Trust. The Invitation is open to Sole Practitioners, smaller or larger professional consultancy established practices with a proven track record. Also to teams who could collectively fulfil the duties between them under a principal contact. The tender is split into 5 lots namely: 1) Lead Function / Consultant; 2) Quantity Surveyor; 3) Service Engineer; 4) Structural Engineer; 5) CDM Consultant / Principal Designer. Bidders may apply for 1, a number or all the Lots.
