We are currently putting together a Category plan for Print Management at ECC. We are asking the market for information on what they currently provide to their customers with respect to delivery, services, location of support to feed into the Category Plan. Please could suppliers answer the following questions (1-8) and return them to melanie.bailey@essex.gov.uk by 19.4.2017. 1. Supplier Name & full address, Name of person completing Questionnaire, Job title, Department, Email address, Phone number. 2. What percentage of your customers are public/private sector? 3. Please provide a list of your current customers and for each please provide: Public/Private sector & name, Contract length, contract spend split (design, print, storage), brief description of the contract/service. 4. Location of service delivery, onsite/Close proximity to the customer/Main location as web based service delivery? How many onsite/close, staff onsite, if external how far away from customer? see VI.3) below. Essex is looking at the services we currently have under Print Management and considering procuring a framework to be used by other Public Sector bodies in the East of England. We are considering the services to include Reprographics, printing, Scanning, storage of frequently produced and used print/marketing work, design and production of marketing items, and any other Print management associated jobs.
