PP16032 - Street Lighting LED Luminaires

Tender description

The City of Wolverhampton Council (CoWC) is inviting tenders for the supply of Street Lighting LED Luminaires. The Council is seeking to ensure that the selected lighting equipment and control system delivers the very best combination of quality, performance and longevity currently available, and is supported by a Company which is demonstrably capable of delivering projects of this nature reliably and successfully. The specification is available within the online electronic tender questionnaire. In order for the products to be considered, tenderers must first declare that the proposed products meet or exceed each and every one of the minimum requirements, and provide the necessary supporting information to prove compliance. These minimum requirements shall be considered on a pass/fail basis. The Employer therefore reserves the right to disqualify any products that do not fully meet these requirements. Secondly, tenderers shall complete the quality statements with sufficient detail (including any necessary supporting information) to allow the CoWC to score the responses according to the mechanism detailed within the ITT. The quality statements will only be scored for those products which are considered to be fully compliant with the minimum requirements.
