Oldham Council Soft Market Testing Event for the future provision of the Independent, Impartial and Accessible Information and Signposting within the Link Centre

Oldham Council are potentially looking to procure the following provision: • An accessible reception service • Independent, impartial and accessible information and signposting • Access to suitable and accessible facilities for local services, groups and individuals • Café facilities This provision would be offered from the building known as The Link Centre (Phillip Harrison House), 140 Union St, Oldham OL1 1DZ. This would be a new model for the Council and as such, we would like to explore the potential benefits and limitations before entering a formal procurement exercise. Oldham Council are hosting a soft market testing session and would like to invite organisations with expertise across health and social care or other voluntary sector providers, to attend on Thursday 30th March 2017.
