Northamptonshire Body Removals Contract

Tender description

Registration for ProContract (Due North) Tender System Training - Northamptonshire Body Removal Contracts Northamptonshire County Council (NCC) wishes to appoint Providers commencing on 1st June 2017 until 31st May 2020 (extendable for a further period of one year) for the removal of bodies where a death has been referred to H.M. Coroner. Following on from the information event for this tender on 14th March, Potential Providers are invited to a presentation from the LGSS Procurement Team, demonstrating the online tendering system that NCC use (ProContract, nee Due North). The presentation will be held at 10.00am on Monday 3rd April, at ISD Meeting Room, Floor 1, Northamptonshire Police Force Headquarters Wootton Hall Park (off Mereway) Northampton NN4 0FL (arrival between 9.45am and 9.55am). The presentation will be solely focused on the procurement tendering system, rather than any Contract opportunities, and as such, on the day, we will only be answering questions about the tendering system. Depending on the number of questions asked, the presentation should last around an hour. The session will cover: - Contracts Finder - Registering on Due North - Searching for contract opportunities - Registering an interest in an opportunity - Completing an online tender questionnaire - Submitting your response - Using the messaging area to contact the buyer Any questions in relation to the Tender (or any other Tender) need to be asked via the ProContract messaging portal, once the Tender is live.
