This procurement is on behalf of the NI Public sector and is being progressed in conjunction with the Department of Finance, Energy Unit (EU). The current contract for the supply of Natural gas will expire on 31.3.2017. This procurement will establish a 2-year framework through which arrangements for the supply of Natural gas will be entered into. This procurement exercise involves collaboration across a number of public sector organisations and the framework arrangement will be open to all bodies covered by the NI Public Procurement Policy (NIPPP). https://www.finance-ni.gov.uk/publications/list-public-bodies-which-can-participate-cpd-collaborative-frameworks Furthermore, the framework will be open for the Ministry of Justice as they operate a number of sites within Northern Ireland.
