Tender description
The City of London is offering a lease at the Parliament Hill Lido Café for the period of 6th May 2017 through to12th January 2018 with a rolling break option exercisable by either party to terminate the lease at any point from 16th September 2017 by giving not less than one month’s notice in writing. The lease will be contracted out of the security of tenure and compensation provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
