Tender description

HM Land Registry (LR) has an ongoing requirement for external legal services provision. The areas which LR external legal services support are: — Property Law, — Employment Law, — Commercial Law, — Ad hoc Legal Advice. LR is seeking an appropriate supplier to provide external Legal Services. The appointment of a Supplier needs to take place before 1.7.2017 before the current contract expires on 30.6.2017. A full specification is being developed by internal LR customers. The contract duration is intended to last 4 years. Having assessed the various methods available to source External Legal Services, LR have selected a restricted OJEU process as it presents most value for money and is time efficient.
