Animal and Veterinary Sciences is considering options for the provision of 1 or more mobile meat sensory testing and recording units and associated support station, which can be towed on a trailer that is capable of easy relocation from temporary work sites located across the United Kingdom and Ireland. It is expected to remain located at each site for many months at a time and so become semi-permanent at each site.
