Tender description

Northamptonshire County Council (the ‘Authority’) has awarded the supply of Care Home Services in respect of Person Centred Services in Residential Care and Nursing Homes. The Preferred Provider(s) will be responsible for providing this service and liaising closely with the Contract Manager identified by the Authority. The types of Services are Residential and Nursing Care Homes under the following age bands: — Adults aged 18-64, — Adults aged 65+; and with the following Service specialisms specified below: — People with Learning Disabilities, — People with Mental Health Conditions, — People with Substance misuse problems, — People with Physical Disability, — People with Sensory Impairments, — People with Dementia, — People with Acquired Brain Injury, — People with Autism.
