North Lincolnshire Council and NHS North Lincolnshire CCG is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to provide a Specialist Therapeutic Service within North Lincolnshire. The aim of the service is to provide a multi-disciplinary, evidence-driven therapeutic service to children and young people up-to the age of 18 who are experiencing functional difficulties related to their trauma, as a result of significant harm (including sexual, physical and emotional harm and/or abuse, neglect, domestic abuse and CSE) with the aim to minimise the short and long-term effects of this abuse. Key Service Outcomes are as follows: Children and young people's functional and behavioural difficulties related to the trauma as a result of significant harm are reduced. The long-term negative consequences of abuse and/or neglect on children and young people are reduced. Key staff in universal and targeted Children Services feel confident in their ability to support children who have been subject to sexual, physical, emotional, domestic abuse, neglect and CSE. Non-abusing parents are enabled to support the child or young person through education and support. Children remain local and / or placement / family stability are actively encouraged. Children and young people's educational attendance and attainment are promoted. Children, young people and their families / carers needs are met and they are satisfied with the interventions they receive. Further information is available to download via www.yortender.co.uk
