Tender description

Luton Borough Council therefore is inviting Tenders for the provision of an Integrated HIV Prevention, Testing and Support Service bringing together existing HIV services under one provider to improve the physical, mental, social and emotional health of Luton's HIV positive residents and their carers/ families and reduce health inequalities. The Council considers this procurement exercise comes under the new health and Social Services category of the EU Directives and Public Procurement Regulations (the Regulations) as amended. Neither the inclusion of a Tenderer at award stage nor any other indication shall be taken to mean that the Authority intends to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations except this category.
