Tender description
The London Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF) are looking to procure targeted, evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing poor emotional or mental health, and/or substance misuses issues. The Services outlined in the specification will be responsible for delivering therapeutic interventions to specified client groups including looked after children, youth offenders, those with substance misuses issues and care leavers. This also includes providing clinical consultation, supervision and support to case holding staff and carers in order to improve outcomes for those children and young people.
