Segment 1 — Care and Support at Home (Domiciliary Care) Lot 1 Segment 2 — Community Innovation (Community based activities and solutions) Lot 2 Segment 3 — Care and Support in a Care Home with or without Nursing (Residential and Nursing Care) Lot 3 Dorset Care Framework incorporates 3 Lots of care and or support provision for the people of Dorset. (Lot 1) Care and Support at Home (domiciliary care services regulated by the Care Quality Commission) (Lot 2) Community Innovation (Lot 3) Care and Support in a Care home with or without nursing Segment 2 (Lot 2) Community Innovation — local community solutions and services to support people in their community. Providers are not required to be regulated by CQC depending on solution offered. Segment 3 (Lot 3) Care and Support in a Care Home with or without Nursing Residential and or Nursing Home Services. Regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
