Tender description

Single Supplier Framework Agreement for Maintenance and Repair of Synthetic Sports Surfaces for 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year. Maintenance and Repair of Glasgow Life's Portfolio of Synthetic Sports Surfaces for 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year. Each site and its facilities listed in Appendix 1 (this can be found within the attachment area of the Invitation to Tender) will receive the following core range of works as part of the contract. Litter/Surface Debris Removal, Static Brushing, Contra Rotating Brushing, Inspection of seams and inlaid lines, Inspection of heavy wear areas + top-up infill levels as required, Power Grooming, Weed/Moss/Algaecide Treatment, Re-lining of painted sports lines, Surface Infill (excl. water based), Frost Prevention, Synthetic Carpet Repairs, Water Based Pitch Cleaning, Athletic Track Cleaning, Synthetic Turf ‘Rejuvination’, Performance Testing, Recording Maintenance Activity, Client Progress Meetings and Reports, Facility Condition Report.
