Tender description

Lease Opportunity Liverpool City Council (the Authority) is looking at developing three 50 bed centres for Nursing Care and Dementia. One centre will be in the Norris Green area with the intention of serving North Liverpool, one in Anfield serving North/central Liverpool, and the third in Speke serving South Liverpool. This Expression of Interest is seeking interest from potential private operators (the ‘Provider’) of adult care facilities that could provide care services for Adults, specifically with nursing care and dementia at one of more of these sites. The Authority intends to select the Provider(s), work with them to agree a design with a design team that is fit-for –purpose for the selected Provider. The provider would then sign an Agreement for Lease and the Authority would build the development and lease to the provider on a 25-year term. Keywords: Lease, Project, Social, Care, Homes
