This procurement is being conducted by Leeds City Council on behalf of itself and Bradford, Calderdale, York and Kirklees Councils. The framework may also be accessed by Wakefield Council, the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and schools. We require an Employee Benefits Scheme that utilises the offers and discounts to help our lowest paid staff maximise their disposable income. As a result the chosen provider will actively seek to add new offers/discounts following feedback from staff (particularly our target group) and/or the Council and its partners. This is to ensure the scheme remains relevant to the everyday lives of our staff. The scheme will be accessible to all our staff through a fully supported mobile friendly site and or app. along with a mechanism(s) to access the scheme for those who have little or no access to I.T, either in the workplace or at home. These platforms will also provide each authority with the ability to improve communication to our non-office based staff through the platforms ability to display corporate messages, salary sacrifice schemes and local discounts.
