Who Speclialist Work With The provider will work directly to an ICT 6 (Senior System Analyst). The Provider will be required to facilitate workshops and engage with Programme Team and Business area representatives on a group and individual basis. What Specialists Work On To assist the LPS NOVA Programme in the development of the LPS ICT documentation: • Produce a “future state” architectural model of components and services to ensure continued delivery of LPS business needs. • Produce an integration design model for LPS legacy systems with new and emerging systems. • Assist in the production of a technical requirements document for the Revenue & Benefits system. Where the Work Takes Place Lanyon Plaza, 7 Lanyon Place, Belfast BT1 3LP Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements The provider will be expected to work 3 days a week onsite for approximately12 weeks. The daily rate must be inclusive of all travel and subsistence. Work Location Lanyon Plaza, 7 Lanyon Place, Belfast BT1 3LP Security Clearance Basic security clearance required before contract award. Additional T&Cs Any outputs will be considered to be the property of the Department of Finance. The successful supplier may be excluded from future LPS procurements relating to the delivery of the Revenue and Benefits System. Skills & Experience 2 examples of having produced ICT architectural landscape documentation for similar size organisation (14%) 3 years experience of using TOGAF (specially the ADM process) to prepare organisations for business transformation (10%) 3 years experience of using Unified Modelling Language (UML) – ideally using BPMN and ArchiMate 2.0 (5%) 3. 3 years experience of designing and implementing RESTful web (5%) Nice to Haves The supplier must be able to start work on 01/05/2017. The Supplier’s daily rate must not exceed £850 excluding VAT. The Supplier must be registered on eTenders NI (https://etendersni.gov.uk/epps/home.do).
