Tender description

From the perspective of cost, it is recommended that Defra consider the purchase of Smart Heated BAMs and Palas FIDAS 200 systems. Both of these options are cheaper than upgrading an existing TEOM to an FDMS. If used also for the collection of filters for metals analysis, then the SWAM Dual Channel 24 Hour could also be considered.
