Tender description
The Welsh Government is proposing to build 2 new buildings with 1 for a warehouse of 3 327 m2 and another for a high specification production unit of 2 212 m2 as well as incorporating office and welfare facilities to provide a total gross floor area of 5 539 m2, together with external works comprising mainly car parks, paths and landscaping at Invertek Drives Ltd, Offa's Dyke Business Park, Welshpool, Powys, SY21 8JF.
