TRGL are seeking suitably resourced, qualified and experienced Cleaning Provider (s) to provide a cleaning service across TRGL's portfolio of General Needs, Supported and Retirement Living Schemes. This Contract is for a national communal cleaning service which is divided into 8 geographical Lots. Cleaning services to communal areas within TRGL sites based within North Yorkshire and North East Regions. This area encompasses urban areas including Tyneside, Durham, Doncaster, Teeside, York and Kingston Upon Hull. Cleaning services to communal areas within TRGL sites based within the West Yorkshire region.. This region has a geographical spread from Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, Huddersfield. Cleaning services to communal areas within TRGL sites based within the Manchester, Wigan and Leigh areas. Cleaning services to communal areas within TRGL sites based within the Merseyside area and has a geographical spread from St Helens, Southport, Liverpool, Runcorn, Wirral and Chester. Cleaning services to communal areas within TRGL sites based within the Midlands area and has a geographical spread from Birmingham, Ilkeston, Derby, Northampton, Leicestershire, Nottingham, and Leamington Spa. Cleaning services to communal areas within TRGL sites based within the South West area. This area has a geographical spread from Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, Bath, Reading and Newbury. Cleaning services to communal areas within TRGL sites based within the London area including surrounding areas. This area has a geographical spread from Guildford, High Wycombe, Aylesbury and Cambridge through to all areas of London. Cleaning services to communal areas within TRGL sites based within the Kent area mainly Margate area.
