Home Group is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced professionals who can undertake projects comprising new build, conversions and master planning. The schemes may include social rented, shared ownership, shared equity and outright sale units as well as community and commercial buildings. Practices are sought who have experience of new build residential projects and an innovative approach to redevelopment of existing estates. Home Group will reserve the right to externally benchmark the framework. It is intended that the framework awards will be on a mini-tender basis with future awards dependent upon performance measured against KPI's. Home Group will reserve the right to re-enter the market place for large joint ventures or projects where a bespoke or specialist solution is required. Home Group reserves the right to make a direct appointment from the framework where a bespoke or specialist solution is required. Home Group (on behalf of itself and potentially other bodies listed in Section VI.3 — the ‘eligible bodies’) is seeking to set up this framework under which eligible bodies can procure services. The scope of projects may vary and will cover North-East England, North-West England, Yorkshire and Humber, London, South and South-East England, and Scotland.
