Red Kite Community Housing owns and manages approximately 6 700 properties within Wycombe District and is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified service providers to provide the following services: — Grounds maintenance service. — Tree management consultancy. — Tree maintenance works. The grounds maintenance services to be delivered under this contract will be based on an output specification. Contractors must determine how much time and resource to allocate to each element in order to achieve the required standards. The service to be provided is a proactive tree inspection service to provide an annual report, a reactive tree inspection service as and when required and a follow-up inspection and verification of tree works completed. A tree maintenance service is required to carry out works ordered in line with the recommendations of the annual risk assessment and inspection report, together with ad hoc tree maintenance tasks as and when required.
