Invitation to Tender for Consultancy Services of an Architect led Design Team Upgrade of the former St. John’s Church Building, to address Fire Safety and Disability Access issues together with the installation of toilet facilities, located at St. John’s Central College Campus, Sawmill Street, Cork Roll No. 71121M On behalf of Cork Education and Training Board, you are hereby invited to tender for an Architect led Design Team, to provide Consultancy Services for the above project, to comprise of an Architect, a Conservation Architect (RIAI Grade 3), a Civil/ Structural Engineer, a Building Services Engineer and a Quantity Surveyor, together with PSDP and Design and Assigned Certifier Services. Design Team Services shall be in accordance with Department of Education and Skills Design Team Procedures for Small Works TGD-007.
