Winchester City Council (the 'Council') is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisationto provide civil and structural engineering design and ancillary services (including geotechnical and flood riskengineering design) for a new sport and leisure facility in Winchester. The sport and leisure facility has anestimated construction value of circa 30 000 000 GBP and forms part of a wider sports park. It will include (subject always to feasibility and financial viability) a 50m swimming pool together with ancillary wet and dryfacilities. The proposed facility is situated on a greenfield site on the edge of the City of Winchester adjacent toresidential areas and the M3 motorway near the South Downs.
