Tender description

Network Homes (NH) have recently commissioned a tree survey of all trees in common areas. The tree survey identified that we have approx. 3 000 trees. We have completed the emergency works that were identified under the survey. We now wish to tender the remaining tree maintenance programme over a 3 year period, with the option to extend for a further 3 years. The new contract will start in Feb 2017. The Contractor will be responsible for prioritising the maintenance work identified in the tree survey over a 3 year period, carrying out the works and updating the existing tree survey and database. The contractor will also be responsible for re-surveying the trees in Year 3 of the contract, in accordance with good arboriculture practice.
