Tender description

Suppliers to receive or haul waste from Household Waste Recycling Centres and other approved sources. The supplier is to process them in accordance with the waste hierarchy. Each waste stream has its own Lot, Specification and Payment Mechanism. The tender process is by using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). The Authority is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for the winning Contractor(s) to receive material from Household Waste Recycling Centres across the County and other approved sources. Some lots will have this material delivered to the winning Contractor(s) and some will require the Contractor(s) to haul.
