Tender description

PHE is looking to award a 1 year contract for the annual servicing and maintenance of their StarLims system. This specialised software relies on the knowledge of specially trained engineers and as such PHE intends to aware this work to StarLims Europe (a subsidiary of Abbott Laboratories) due to the fact that they are the OEM and only their trained engineers can carry out this work.
