Tender description

Exeter City Council is inviting expressions of interest for an experienced provider to deliver an innovative Young Persons Homeless Prevention Service covering Exeter and Teignbridge. The service will be the frontline of homelessness prevention for 16, 17 year olds and Care Leavers and will be proactive in supporting young people through the Young Persons Pathway from first contact, through assessment until a suitable housing outcome is found. An extensive understanding of safe-guarding is essential. The contract will run for 3 years with annual renewals and we are seeking to implement the service from the 10th April 2017.
