Requirement for 3 different forms of polythene packaging for the SQA examination diet process. Question Paper Packaging 1. Skirt weld polythene envelopes or an equivalent solution in which to package confidential examination papers. Proposed packaging must be at least 70Mu thick, tamper evident and also perforated for ease of opening. Packaging is required for A3, A4 and A5 examination papers of page extents between 2pp and 40pp, packed in 10s. There may be a requirement for a unique bar-code to be printed on the front of each impression. Suppliers should indicate if they can provide this service. 2. Polythene film to use by 1 of our print suppliers in which to securely wrap confidential examination papers for onward despatch to schools and other examination centres in Scotland. Examination Script Bags 3. We also require polythene bags to hold examination scripts. These polythene bags should be available in varying sizes from 18 x 28 to 24 x 36 inches with a removable self-sealing strip. They may also require to be marked with a coloured strip.
